Punching Machine

Range of Application
Used for punching big sheet PVC, PETS, ABS, Paper etc. to the ISO7816 standard size card.

Working principle
Step Motor and sensor locate position.Servor Motor pull the pole to take the big sheets.Cylinder take the male and female die to make up and down punching.Wasted material is pulled off by Motor.

  • Special hydraulic pressure system for die punching, stable.
  • Registration part for the first register and then the optical sensor with registration mark tracking system ensure the accuracy.
  • Automatic card collecting system.
  • Two registration ways for choosing:
    • Blank card Punching directly, no need registration.
    • Registration mark accuracy by optical sensor tracking.
  • Color touch screen LCD, easy operated.
