Range of Application
The machine is for the embedding of copper wire into the PVC sheets to form an antenna for RFID cards

Working principle
With the X Y axis server system and four sets ultrasonic sealing head, controlled by X Y axis and computer. Working table, the PVC sheets (already embedding) is taken by Y axis, moving front and back.

Embedding of copper wire is made up two: wire and ultrasonic head.

Embedding wire including dispose wire, pause disposing, cutting connecting
Ultrasonic head including: Ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic head

Speeding matching. When operating, R axis and X Y and ultrasonic speed should match.
